Yuka Fries- $8 A tower of (8) Yuka fries, flash fried and drizzled with a homemade curry ketchup and a parsley emulsion.

Pot Stickers– $7 Six fried chicken and vegetable dumplings served with a spicy tangy chili reduction.

Beach Bread$8  Grilled Amoroso roll, topped with sliced tomato, pesto sauce, then finished with cheddar, bleu, parmesan cheese then oven toasted.

Torch’s Corn Dusted Artichoke Hearts – $8 Fresh quartered artichoke hearts dusted with our savory cornmeal flour, fried to perfection, served with a whole grain lemon aioli.

Strawberry Sunset – $5 Mixed Greens topped with candied nuts, organic carrots, celery, tomatoes, fresh Strawberries, Craisins, Mandarin Oranges & imported Danish Bleu Cheese.

Wedge Romaine$6 Half head of Artisan romaine, covered with candied nuts, warm bacon crumbles, sun dried craisins, served with bleu dressing and finished with imported Danish blue cheese.

 18oz Pork Osso Buco – $20 A slow roasted bone-in pork shank, garnished with crisp carrots & parsnips, finished with rosemary demi-glace served with Yukon whipped potatoes & Asparagus.  

Mediterranean Chicken- $19 Fresh Chicken breast pieces lightly blackened then seasoned, sautéed with roasted red peppers, artichokes hearts, and garlic. Deglazed with a Llai Llai Chardonnay and fresh squeezed lemon. Infused with butter and finished in a Penne pasta topped with crumbled goat cheese and fresh Basil.

Chicken or Eggplant Parmesan  $18 – Lightly panko breaded chicken breast or Eggplant, pan fried, topped with homemade marinara sauce and hand grated mozzarella cheese, served over spaghetti, finished with imported shredded parmesan cheese and fresh Basil.

Chicken Marsala Pasta- $18 Fresh chicken breast pieces are tossed with Penne pasta in a traditional sweet Marsala mushroom wine sauce reduction or Substitute Yukon mash and veg.

Chicken Pizziolla$18 Fresh chicken breast pieces topped with sautéed onions, peppers and mushrooms. Laced with our homemade marinara sauce and topped with imported mozzarella. Server over Spaghetti.

Down Home Baby Back Ribs $19 Ribs seasoned with our secret dry rub, braised in birch beer and lathered in our homemade BBQ sauce.  Served with Fries and coleslaw.

Prime Rib $21 A 14oz certified Black Angus Prime Rib, slow roasted, hand sliced  & served with Yukon mashed potatoes & Asparagus.

Surf and Turf $28 A Black Angus NY Strip hand sliced into medallions and topped with Imported Porcini Mushrooms hand-picked from the mountains of Bogo Val Di Taro then drizzled with a Lai Lai Cabernet Demi-Glace and accompanied with a lobster tail and served with Yukon Mashed Potatoes and Asparagus.


Greek Mahi- $19 A Greek Spiced rubbed Mahi fillet, lightly Grilled and topped with a Mediterranean Olive and Feta Tapenade and served with Rice Pilaf and Veg de Jour.

Honey Glazed Pecan Salmon – $20 Pacific Salmon house seasoned, champagne oven poached to perfection, topped with candied nuts and drizzled with a Tupelo Honey, Served with rice pilaf and Veg de Jour.

Ahi Tuna-$21– Black and white sesame seed seared Ahi tuna, hand sliced and fanned over rice pilaf and fresh veg, finished with a balsamic reduction and fresh wasabi.

Stuffed Flounder- $18 Two Flounders stuffed with a buttery Ritz cracker, crab, shrimp & scallop, oven baked in a White wine reduction and served over rice pilaf & Veg De Jour.
